Lili joined the Envest team in April 2023 as the Director of Marketing. She has over 20 years of experience designing and implementing strategies to increase the reach and impact of the international credit union sector. She began her career in microfinance in her native Moldova designing financial inclusion programs immediately after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Her perspective as a citizen of a country in which Envest has lending operations is an invaluable addition to the Envest team. She has a degree in Economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. As a native speaker of Romanian and a speaker of French and Russian, she adds more language capability to the Envest team.
