ENVEST INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Envest offers an opportunity for accredited investors* to have a global impact through microfinance while receiving a financial return. Investors receive an ownership interest in Envest Microfinance Fund, LLC (Envest LLC), which gives the investor a claim on Envest LLC. Envest pools funds from the investors and disburses loans to microfinance institutions (MFIs) with a strong social focus and a solid financial performance. The MFIs, in turn, lend to low-income borrowers who have inadequate access to credit. Envest covers its expenses from the interest paid by the partner institutions. The profits of Envest LLC are distributed among the owners annually pro rata of the amount and period invested.
