Elizabeth began her career at Envest as the Portfolio Manager from 2021-2024. Since 2025, Elizabeth has served as Director of Lending. In her role, she is responsible for monitoring the current portfolio, leading due diligence of current and prospective partners, and maintaining communication with partners to cultivate strong partnerships. She also conducts partner visits and spends time in the field meeting with end-borrowers. These experiences give her a well-rounded perspective while keeping her connected to Envest’s mission of expanding responsible financial access for underserved communities.

Elizabeth has prior internship experience working with a social enterprise in the Philippines as well as volunteer work with an NGO. Elizabeth has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Illinois Wesleyan and a Master’s Degree in International Development from the Institute of Development Studies, Sussex University. Elizabeth lives in Chicago enjoys spending time with family, friends, her dog, and watching sports.
